I had the pleasure of teaching a variety of high school English classes for the past eleven years. I actually enjoy helping students understand how to become better thinkers and writers. Although I am now learning video production and filmmaking, I still love teaching students through tutoring sessions. I grew up in a small agricultural town near Reno, NV and most recently lived in Los Angeles before moving to the Portland area. I love language and had a book of poetry published. I think everybody is a better writer and storyteller than they give themselves credit for, and I want to help others realize this.
