I have been teaching languages for over seven years, and I have always liked one to one sessions as it allows me to get to share my language and culture based on every student's needs.

I am a native Spanish speaker from Mexico currently teaching Spanish for IB Middle School students. My previous job was as an IB High School Spanish Teacher in the United Kingdom where I would also tutor students of all ages.

In Mexico I have taught ESL, Spanish, and French at University level, and I have written some articles about applied linguistics as well as participating as a lecturer in conferences related to language acquisition.

I am quite passionate about what I do, and I will try my best to transmit all that positive energy from the very beginning.

What is your teaching philosophy?

When it comes to language acquisition, it is a proven fact that any person who is able to speak one language will also be able to speak as many other languages as they are willing to learn. I'm here to help!

What might you do in a typical first session with a student?

Getting to know the learning needs and expectations of my student. This will be vital for me to develop a learning plan with clear strategies and goals.
