I am a recent graduate from Arizona State University and Barrett, The Honors College. I received my degree in Biological Sciences with an emphasis on Genetics, Cell and Developmental Biology.

I have tutored college students extensively throughout the past three years. I enjoy research and have conducted three studies, one of which was focused on the effectiveness of tutoring methods in the sciences. In my experience, learning how to study effectively can result in significant improvements, and I have extensive experience in this area both through working with students and research.

As such, my goal is to help my students become more effective independent learners. My motto in teaching is to study smarter, not harder. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, photography and reading.
