About Me

Whether you need some help developing writing skills or are preparing to take the GRE exam, the first step is to develop a concrete plan. Working together we can identify steps that will focus on your strengths in order to bolster the areas that need further support. My background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Education English from York College of Pennsylvania and a Masters degree in Social Work from Widener University. I am available to offer support in GRE Verbal test preparation, essay writing and editing as well as grammar and language mechanics both in person and online. I hope to help increase your confidence by learning techniques that can be applied to a variety of situations, while concurrently reducing the anxiety that can occur with standardized testing and problem subjects. Together we can develop realistic and measurable goals while we learn new or polish existing skill sets. My time away from work is spent running or kayaking around the lake, watching films and television and trying to see as many live music acts as possible. I hope to help you achieve your goals.
