I graduated from the University of Nevada - Reno in May of 2012 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering. I worked in the gold mining industry as a junior-level engineer for a few years and have since moved to Houston to be closer to family. I love traveling and have visited Myanmar, Europe, and Peru in the last couple years. I believe that constantly learning is important to living a fulfilled life and I tutor because I enjoy seeing that spark of understanding in my students. I enjoy tutoring because I learn just as much as my pupils. As far as subjects are concerned, I focus on Math and Science but Reading is a particular strength of mine. In my spare time you can find me scuba diving, fishing, or playing basketball and soccer.
