I am a graduate of Case Western Reserve University. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Psychology. My passion has always been learning and understanding new languages and cultures, and I want to pass that on to students who want a Spanish tutor. My junior year of college I studied abroad in Madrid, Spain, where I solidified my understanding of the structure of the Spanish language from its origin. Because of my experience I believe that practice, and therefore tutoring, is the best way to learn a language. Since graduation, I have worked in the mental health field. Working with this specific population has prepared me to collaborate with people who have all types of learning disabilities, and has taught me to understand patience. I strongly believe that a foundation in language opens up so many opportunities, and I am eager to help others with standardized AP testing, creating study plans, and explaining tricky grammar and exploring a new flavor of language.
