About Me

I grew up in Kansas City, but decided to leave my comfort zone, and attend college in Texas. I graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, with minors in Spanish and Chemistry. I am applying to Dental School and hope to one day become a Dentist like my Mother. I enjoy working with kids of all ages and learning abilities. I find it rewarding to share my interests with others. My favorite subjects are Biology and other Human Science courses because I think it is very interesting to discover how our bodies work. I like to introduce a topic slowly, so that it doesn't seem daunting. I also like using real-life examples so the topic is understood and not just memorized. I am an enthusiastic, friendly person who enjoys dancing, crafting, watching sports and spending time outside with friends, in my spare time.
