About Me

I am a graduate student studying Childhood Education. I have a passion for working with students and have experience as a tutor; both private and through the public school system. I was also a dance instructor, a camp counselor at a dance and dramatic arts day camp through my local dance studio. I tutor in all elementary and junior high subjects, as well as high school math, science, and history. I love teaching in an environment where the student is made to feel comfortable and that their efforts are rewarded and appreciated. I like to provide my students with as many tools as possible to make sure they get the most thorough understanding of a particular concept. Often times I use hands-on materials, one-on-one settings, and technology based instruction. One person at a time helping one student at a time can make the difference.
