I graduated from the University of California- Santa Cruz, where I received my MA in Education, and my English Teaching Credential. I also earned a Bachelor's of Arts in Drama with a minor in Literature from University of California- Irvine. Since receiving my credential, I have taught High School and Middle School Language Arts and Drama. In addition to teaching, I've directed multiple productions at the High School level and helped to develop a Visual and Performing Arts Program.
As a tutor, I'm most passionate about Literature and Writing. I love helping students with reading comprehension and writing skills. My time in the classroom over the last eight years has given me a lot of experience and resources to help students of all levels improve their skills and confidence.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading, gardening, and relaxing with family and friends.
