I currently reside in New Jersey. Most of the success that I accumulated in my life was based on school. I graduated from a fine and performing arts high school in New Jersey with high honors. As a result of this achievement, I received several scholarships and grants for me to attend the College of New Jersey for my BA in Mathematics and Secondary Education. At this point in my life, I was ready to teach high school mathematics in the state of New Jersey.
During my teaching career, I went through some ups and downs, but I feel like it was all worth it. I had developed several relationships with fellow teachers, students, and support staff. These people were very instrumental in making my teaching experience worthwhile. Now I am currently in my 15th year of teaching, and I feel like I just started yesterday. The time flies by like crazy, and amazingly, I would have taught nearly 2000 students for my career by the end of this year. One lesson I have learned was that no two years are alike in education. I had to constantly reinvent myself in order to adapt to the constant changes in the public school system.
I have a Masters degree in Education with a concentration on technology.
Undergraduate Degree: The College of New Jersey - Bachelor in Arts, Mathematics
Graduate Degree: Grand Canyon University - Master of Arts, Education
I enjoy bowling, gaming, reading occasionally, exercising, fantasy sports, basketball, football, and baseball. I have an appreciation for the arts, whether it is listening to good music, watching plays, or going to see comedy shows and art exhibits.
