I am a Virginia certified high school teacher currently working at JEB Stuart High School teaching Drama. I have a strong academic background and have earned degrees from Fordham University (BA Theater, French), and the University of Tennessee (MFA Theater). I have taught students of all ages from kindergarten to high school, college, and senior citizens. I specialize in helping students find alternative paths to learning through my theater background. In addition to working at Stuart High School, I teach Art History and Public Speaking at DeVry University and have tutored students in Reading and Writing for several years. I am entering the graduate theater education certificate program at George Mason University this coming semester. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, staying active, and taking my dog, Duncan, to the park. I look forward to helping your student meet their educational goals!
