I am a second year medical student at Tufts University School of Medicine. I have lived in Boston for about a year, but am originally from Orlando, Florida. I resided in Gainesville, Florida while I was getting my degree in Nutritional Science at the University of Florida. After graduating, I moved to Austin, Texas and completed a year of AmeriCorps. As an AmeriCorps member I was responsible for leading an after school science program, an opportunity that allowed me to create hands-on creative lessons and gain more experience tutoring and teaching.

I tutored as an undergrad, and I absolutely love science (and math too!) I have taken a multitude of science courses as an undergrad and throughout medical school and feel very comfortable with most science based subject areas.
