I've just moved back to America after spending nearly 3 years teaching English in Japan. It was an amazing experience and I really learned to enjoy and appreciate the small class sizes our school offered (from 1 to 6 students). I think one-on-one lessons are very beneficial for students, and I would love to continue teaching here. Before leaving for Japan, I enjoyed working as a susbitute for Katy ISD. I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in history, and I also feel very comfortable teaching grammar, reading, writing, editing, and Japanese. In my free time, I enjoy playing tennis, reading books, riding my bike, or watching any of Houston's great sports teams. Go Texans!!
