My goal is to meet students where they are in order to support them in their learning. By understanding each student's unique interests, learning styles, and academic abilities, I will assist them in meeting their learning goals. As far as my experience in education goes, I taught elementary school for five years. I've taught kindergarten, 1st grade, and K-4 Reading Intervention. After those five years, I was fortunate enough to be able to stay at home upon the birth of my son. While staying at home with him, I earned my Yoga Teacher Training certification. Currently, I am a yoga instructor, and I'm looking to get back into education.
