About Me

I began tutoring when I was sixteen, a homeschooled kid with a passion for community-building. One day, I was sitting in my local library, studying, and I overheard an elderly teacher mocking and ridiculing her pupil for getting something wrong - that was the only catalyst I needed. The quality I am most proud of in myself is my compassion, and as a teacher I believe that compassion and patience always come first. There is never room at the table for cruelty. Together, let's learn to learn, let's enjoy getting things wrong, let's figure out the puzzles set before us.
