I am currently a senior at the University of Minnesota pursuing a degree in cell biology, genetics, and development with a minor in neuroscience. I graduated from high school as a scholar with distinction and numerous AP awards, including National AP Scholar and AP Scholar with Distinction. I was a peer tutor in English and STEM topics during my junior and senior years. Most importantly, I'm an enthusiastic learner and teacher. I feel passionately about sharing my love for learning with others. Learning is not a one-size-fits-all approach because of this I work to create an organic space of collaboration and growth in my sessions.

I like to read, see live music, and hike! Throughout college, I've been passionate about research. I currently work as a research assistant studying cancer immunology. I also love creative writing, especially fiction and poetry.
