About Me

Passionate yoga teacher with one year of professional teaching experience to private clients. I have experience designing and leading gentle flow and chair yoga classes to students of all levels. As of now, I'm completing the 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Certification to add to my 200 Hour Teacher Certification Training. I've acquired an in-depth knowledge about postures, breathing techniques, and spiritual elements of yoga teaching. I've been practicing yoga since 2008, gathering certifications in chair yoga, restorative yoga, primordial sound meditation and ayurveda principles.
