About Me

I'm completing the 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Certification to add to my 200 Hour Teacher Certification Training. I've acquired an in-depth knowledge about postures, breathing techniques, and spiritual elements of yoga teaching. I've been practicing yoga since 2008, gathering certifications in chair yoga, restorative yoga, primordial sound meditation and ayurveda principles.
