About Me

I have an MA in Sports Journalism from Arizona State University and a BA in Journalism from The University of Kentucky. I have been writing for about a decade and love everything in the creative space. During my time in school, I covered a wide array of sports from volleyball and track and field to baseball and basketball. Additionally, I spent time as a beat reporter for the Phoenix Suns and Mercury and covered Arizona Fall League, the SEC indoor track championships, and Phoenix Suns training camp among other big events. Outside of my wide sports background, I am an author currently writing the second book in my Jack of All Trades series, a huge movie enthusiast, and an anime fan. I have three years of tutoring experience and three years of experience being a teaching assistant. The thing I love most about tutoring is helping students grow and learn new material as well as new things about themselves. Because at the end of the day I feel everyone needs help to get where they want in life.
