About Me

Hi! My name is Josh. I am a software developer by trade with a passion for mathematics. I am currently studying to become a professor of maths, but in the meantime work in Java and Python coding. My experience has been a solid mix of CS, Math, and Physics. I have tutored in all of those areas for about 4 years now. My personal strategy in working with a new student is to gauge their goals, both short-term and long-term. Whether they are aiming to learn new concepts quickly, or deep dive into a new area, my aim is to match their pace and provide whatever support I can to help them reach these goals. I have joined Varsity Tutors for the opportunity to practice at teaching and learning new ways to help students excel. I look forward to working with you!
