About Me

I graduated with high distinction with my master's degree in English, and in my undergraduate studies, I received the English department's Writer's Award in Literature and graduated summa cum laude. For two years, I taught English 101 residentially and online at my alma mater. My decision to study English was motivated by my love of reading and writing stories, and I enjoy tutoring because it enables me to help students understand what they read and express their thoughts effectively in their writing. Currently, I teach ESL online. I love working with students in the subjects of English grammar, English literature, and composition and rhetoric. In my free time, I enjoy reading all kinds of books, writing stories, playing video games, knitting, solving puzzles, and spending time with my family.
