I hold a BSc in civil engineering and a masters in project management. I also hold a second masters degree in construction management technology at Purdue University in the state of Indiana. I once lectured for 6 yrs in the civil engineering Dept.of Walter Sisulu University in South Africa. I have also run several seminars and workshops to over 40 engineering professionals in the area of project management and construction contract management. I am currently working as a program specialist managing a research grant at the college of engineering, purdue university in west Lafayette, IndianaI have tutored on this platform over 15 students towards the PMI-PMP, FE professional certification exams and other construction related subjects in the past 3 years and majority of them had passed. I have also tutored a class of professionals in how to use Microsoft Project Software to schedule their projects .My tutoring philosophy or approach is more of a participatory one where I encourage my students to contribute to the teaching experience through live problem-solving exercises that will help build their confidence towards the exams. I give them a shared access to a g-drive study folder that contains all their needed study materials. I provide lesson Notes that are compiled from multiple sources, detailed, self-explanatory and laced with multi-situational examples,pictures,diagrams and videos.
