About Me

So many people approach math with a crinkled up face and a feeling that they just can't do math. Personally, I love math, but my goal for my students is to have them leave say, "It may not be my cup of tea, but I can do it." Mastery, and a sense of "Yes I can" is what I hope to leave my students with. I am always interested in trying to connect math to something else that you love, because in fact math describes the world around us. I am intensely curious about so many things and as a result I have pursued many interests.
