About Me

I am also a board-certified family nurse practitioner. I was honored Sigma Theta Tau. Since then, I was recognized with a Faculty Initiative Grant Award as Nurse Educator for college nursing students. I held two elected positions for the New York State Nurses Association; Public Health Practice Focus Group Delegate and AFL-CIO Delegate. I was also honored with the Nurse Practice Award. Additionally, co-authored a published article: "Privacy and Health Law" in the Nurse Practitioner Association Journal of New York.
