About Me

I have a B.S. from the University of Southern California and am working toward a public administration, affairs, or policy graduate degree in the future. I have a teaching background in EFL. I was a Guest English Teacher for a year at two South Korean middle schools (grades 7-9 in the U.S.). The subjects I teach are ESL/ELL (all ages), essay editing, general English, and writing. My teaching philosophy is to use as many links to one's own native language and culture as possible when teaching English. I enjoy travel, museums, and concerts mostly in my free time, and I do like to see an opera or ballet performance on occasion. My favorite sport to watch is basketball, and my favorite sports to play are martial arts in general, golf, and volleyball.
