About Me

I am currently a high school teacher in Milwaukee, WI. I teach business and hospitality / tourism to 9th-12th grade students. My interest in education started during a year of service with AmeriCorps City Year program in Milwaukee. I worked in a 9th-grade citizenship class, and helped students develop their English and social studies skills. I also have experience tutoring students in math as well. I am a graduate of UW-Madison with a Bachelors of Business Administration. Right now I work in commercial real estate with a dream of becoming an urban planner. I love learning about business, communications, history, political science, psychology, and sociology. In my free time, I enjoy making playlists, watching movies, riding my bike, going for runs, and reading.
