My career is in public health program management and epidemiology. My primary method of tutoring is student-centered discussion method, where we assess skills at baseline and discuss methods of problem-solving to identify the most comfortable approaches for the student to use. I specialize in the following subjects within arithmetic: Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Algebra II, Elementary-Middle School Math, Pre-calculus, and Calculus AB. I have tutored Pre-Algebra and Algebra for 10 years and have helped with reading comprehension and writing for grades K-12 for 8 years.
