About Me

I am a graduate of the University of Minnesota. I received my Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on marketing as well as my Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communications with a focus on creative advertising. I managed to receive both degrees within four years while balancing the life of a student-athlete competing on Minnesota's swimming and diving team, this taught me a great deal about valuable study skills, organization and maximizing one's time. Since graduation I have spent a few years traveling and living abroad in both Europe and Asia working as an acrobat meanwhile continuing to learn, read and study languages. I am passionate about tutoring as a way to use my knowledge to help others reach their goals. I hold experience as a writing and math tutor, although I feel comfortable tutoring an even broader range of subjects. I am a very hardworking, outgoing, goal-oriented person. I am a firm proponent of education and love finding creative ways to help others better understand difficult material and new ways of reaching their academic goals.
