Background and Qualifications:I currently work as a Grade 06 Math Interventionist at CEG Lester Prep. I am also an experienced tutor through Central State University. I spend my free time helping my students with assignments, and assisting my younger siblings with homework, as well as maintaining my own non-profit organization. Goals:I am focused on enhancing student performance by applying my skills of planning, analysis, and critical thinking. I aim to strengthen the connection between student development and educator-student relationships through my strong passion to provide equal education for students. More About me:I am from Cincinnati, OH. I grew up in a government assistance neighborhood and attended a Montessori School. I know what it feels like to feel embarrassed to struggle in any subject. I work to empower students, and not feel discouraged about making mistakes, but rather learn from them. I love giving back to my community. I can not stand the feeling of sitting around and not being able to make a difference. I have an undying passion for math and writing. Through tutoring, I believe that I can spread this appreciation throughout the world. The will I have for young minds to be able to express themselves, and value today's forever-changing and highly innovative world through education is something that I can not stress enough. This process starts with being able to truly understand the relevance, impact, and significance of core subjects such as Math and English.
