I am a creative worker who excels in motivating and inspiring others,and who is driven to inspire and teach students not only to excel academically but also to be respectful, patientand positive. I believe that it is wrong to call the disparities in skill an achievement gap; rather, I believe it is an opportunity gap. It isn't that students aren't capable of success, it's that the opportunity for success is not always readily available to them. I am a teacher who strives to change that!
