About Me

I am currently pursuing my M.Ed. at the University of New Hampshire and will be certified in May 2018 after completing a year of student teaching. I was a tutor at the University of New Hampshire Mathematics Center for three years and was responsible for helping students with their Pre-Calculus, Calculus I & II, and Finite mathematics courses. I have also participated in a variety of summer internships for underprivileged youth, namely Breakthrough Collaborative and Upward Bound, and I'm especially passionate about making mathematics more equitable and accessible to underserved populations. My favorite subjects to tutor are Algebra I and II because they are crucial building blocks of mathematics, and contrary to popular belief, they are rich with opportunities for exploration and critical thinking.
