As parents and teachers your greatest desire is to have your student learner(s) make emotionally healthy decisions which further maximize their academic and real world success! With over 25 years field experience I've developed a curriculum of arts-education, youth leadership, youth entrepreneurship & life-skills development to help K-12 and college aged learners gain a competitive edge over their peers. Leveraging my Award Winning background in film, theatrical production, acting, and writing, I've developed student mentorship, tutor-coaching and after school programs for the K-12 demographic having consulted and coached with New Jersey's public school, higher ed & private sectors to include numerous summer camps, various HS college recruitment and admissions departments as a motivational life-skills & youth leadership coach. During my 12 years tenure at Rutgers University, I designed & published an academic approach to help students & millennials tap into and develop their own "achievement psychology" while helping them to understand their personal leadership potential and to be both intentional & responsible for maximizing their learning experience, while helping them begin to develop their own brand of leadership celebrity in the following areas:??? job & career readiness??? personal interviewing??? personal finance??? personal leadership??? responsible self-expression??? entrepreneurial exploration??? life skills (spiritual,physical,financial,relational, professional development)Together our final outcome will give your student learner a competitive edge as they mature into adult leaders who graduate on time, discover their personal path to collegiate, career or entrepreneurial fulfillment.
