About Me

As a certified teacher in Early Childhood Education, I have spent countless hours working with hundreds of students one on one, in small groups, or whole group learn the state-mandated curriculum for the last 14 years. I have experience tutoring students from the ages 4-15, specifically in Reading Comprehension, Math, and other elementary subject areas. My academic background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Educational Studies from Emory University, a Master's Degree in Educational Technology from American Intercontinental University, as well as a Specialist Degree in Curriculum Instruction. Through earning each of these degrees I have validated my personal belief that all children can learn, although not always at the same pace or in the same way as their peers. I have enjoyed being apart of the journey of so many students as they became excellent problem solvers and amazing critical thinkers!
