About Me

Hi! I am a 24-year old student who has just graduated from the University of Arizona with my BA in Linguistics. My minors are Spanish and Mandarin Chinese. I was born in Germany, and speak fluent German. I have always had a love and interest for languages, and my goal is to encourage students to also embrace foreign languages, and hopefully ignite a spark for second-language learning all kinds of different people. Learning a second, third, or even fourth language can be an extremely fun and rewarding process, and I want to be a part of it!

My teaching philosophy is personalization. Every person learns in a different way, especially when it comes to second-language acquisition. My goal is to find the right kind of teaching method for each of my students, and to be able to personalize their lesson plans. I believe that everyone can learn a second language.
