About Me

I am a graduate of Universidad de Los Andes, in Colombia. I received a Bachelor of Art in Literature and a minor in Management. During my time there, I studied abroad for a semester in England at the University of Essex. I worked as a Latin T.A at Los Andes, I helped students identify the issues they had with the class content and work towards a full understanding of the subjects they were studying. I currently work as a Spanish tutor helping students learn the language, from basic grammar concepts to advanced conversation skills. Additionally, as a native Spanish speaker, I have the first-hand knowledge necessary to give constructive feedback on pronunciation and conversation skills. As a highly motivated Tutor with a strong background in providing tutoring services to students with diverse backgrounds, I have the ability to exceed my clients' expectations. I believe the ultimate goal of tutoring is to ensure that students not only learn the subject but understand it; this leads me to be a very dedicated and involved tutor. I am confident that my strong desire to help students achieve their goals will go a long way in providing high-quality services to the students I work with and exceed my clients' expectations.
