About Me

My philosophy on teaching is to work through any lessons with practical experience and common examples. I like to make sure that a student does not memorize the procedure to solve an accounting problem, but to make sure that the student can think through the problem. I have a teaching degree as well as a certification in accounting and my MBA. I currently teach at a county college, and have taught at a college level for 15 years. I enjoy teaching, and have always put the student first. I look forward to meeting new students that I can help through accounting so that the student has an appreciation for accounting, and can apply it to their life.
