About Me

I am a native French speaker and I hold a Master's degree in Management with Major in Accounting and Financial studies. I also have a strong background in life sciences and healthcare and I am currently working to gain a Master's degree in that area. My passion is in international languages. As far as I remember, I've always excelled in French and English and helped numerous people such as classmates, relatives and friends with their language skills. They actually enjoy my teaching style since I work with them on one to one basis. I've been very successful in motivating students to keep track of their goals. I used to be an ESL teacher for 2 years and familiar with all students levels; from Beginner to Advanced. Reading and Conversation are my favorites. I also like to focus on the culture which is an important step towards success. Coming from a faraway land myself, I understand all the challenges faced by International Students. It takes an extra amount a grit to be successful and with me you'll have all the necessary support and encouragement to achieve your goals. I like to adapt my teaching style according to the student's needs. My philosophy is to take one step at a time. Show confidence and master one area first before moving on to more difficult subjects. That's the basic principle of good stewardship and it works! Tutoring helps to keep my mind sharp and I enjoy it. Other than that, I love walking, reading, writing on my journal, going to the beach, swimming and dancing. I also enjoy social gatherings and small groups which is why in-person meetings work great! I'm looking forward to working with you and helping you achieve your goals.
