About Me

I am an enthusiastic kindergarten teacher who is passionate about helping my students find success! I enjoy helping children excel in reading and love being able to connect the unique interests of my students to their learning. I love working with students of all abilities, and I am Special Education certified. I have been teaching for 5 years, and I am loving every minute of it. Some of my special interests include incorporating movement and yoga into the classroom environment and taking care of my pet turtle Ice Cream. As a tutor, I strive to build the confidence of the students who I am working with and help them to become independent learners who take pride in their work.
