About Me

I am a lifelong avid learner. I enjoy sharing what I know with others. The ability to enthusiastically, passionately, and descriptively share knowledge with one another will only make us stronger as a community, and as a society. As I share with others, I also increase and deepen my knowledge. My quest for learning has led me to earn a Computer Science degree and two master degrees respectively in Computer Information Systems and Business Administration. I am also a certified Project Manager Professional (PMP) and a certified Information Technology Infrastructure Library Practitioner (ITIL). I am currently learning about Information System Security and Big Data Analytics. Learning never ends. Sharing has been a building block in my personal, academia, and professional life. I have taught project management classes as well as classes about the benefits of my current employers to new employees at all levels. I have mentored many in my professional life. Yet, I believe teaching the young is as rewarding as mentoring my professional colleagues. It is my way of giving back and investing in the upcoming leaders of our society. My favorite subjects to tutor are Mathematics, Statistics, Project Management, and French (I am a native French speaker). I am very passionate about these topics. They are still relevant in my professional life. What better way to adhere to the basics other than teaching them to others? When I am not actively learning, I coach 3 outdoor soccer teams from 2nd grade to 6th grade. I like running, camping, playing soccer, basketball, reading great books on personal development and leadership, and watching great TV shows like , Big Bang Theory, The Good Wife, and Madame Secretary. The quest of learning, training, teaching, and mentoring has been my life long journey. I adhere strongly to the Chinese Proverb "Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime."
