My teaching style is rooted in strong organization and outlined study strategy. This involves students having a specific system to manage their course load (like a planner), creating clear study goals for each course, as well as a timeline of objectives in order to prepare for each test. Also, a chief goal of mine is to get to know my students, as well as their unique learning style. My tutoring style is consequently flexible and adaptive so that lessons are personalized for each of my students' specific interests, current level of motivation, level of confidence in their ability to learn each subject, learning style, and strengths and weaknesses. Customized materials and workshops can be valuable tools. From this tailoring process, I aim to ensure students find lessons engaging and enjoyable while making objective progress towards the learning goals. Positive reinforcement is an integral aspect of my teaching strategy, in order to ensure students feel rewarded and encouraged for their efforts. I will do my utmost to avoid any student feeling unmotivated, discouraged, or lacking in scholastic self-esteem.
