About Me

I attended the University of Maryland, College park, where I received my Bachelor's of Science degree in Elementary Education. I have been teaching middle school math for the past three years including eighth grade Algebra 2, Algebra 1, as well as seventh grade Pre-Algebra. This upcoming school year I will be in a combined fourth and fifth grade classroom teaching reading, math, science, and social studies. I am available to tutor reading, writing, and math for Elementary School. I am also available to tutor in middle school math, Algebra, and Algebra 1. I love tutoring mathematics. Math has always been my favorite subject, so I like to make it fun and relatable to real life when I work with students. I believe it is important for students to discover and explore solutions when they are learning and learning should be interactive.
