About Me

I am a certified tutor in French and English subject material. Having recently moved back to the United States from France where I obtained my degree (while teaching English). I am currently working towards a masters and Ph.D. in English and French literature. I also currently teach English to native Spanish speakers and introductory French to beginners. My hobbies include reading, writing in, and translating languages, nitpicking grammar (in English and French!), and discovering new and exciting trends as languages evolve. My teaching methods include extreme enthusiasm (to say I am passionate about my subject matter is an understatement), and careful planning when learning a new language or perfecting our own; languages must be learned in carefully organized steps, which must be mastered one before the other.
