About Me

I received my Bachelor's degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering in 1992 from the University of Tirana, Albania and then I went on to receive a PhD in Physical Chemistry in 2000 from the University of Leipzig, Germany. I have a total of 6 years college-level teaching experience of which 4 years at an overseas university and 2 years at US universities. I have loved chemistry all my life and I thoroughly enjoy tutoring this subject. My teaching/tutoring philosophy is to understand the students needs and then patiently work with them to achieve a better grasp of the chemistry concepts and to improve their skills. In my spare time I enjoy travelling, hiking, listening to rock music and watching sports, motor racing in particular.
