About Me

I am finishing up a masters program at Vanderbilt University's Peabody College of Education where I will receive a degree and certification in Elementary Education. In addition to teaching both in the US and abroad (I taught English for 6 months in Thailand!), I have had several experiences tutoring, too. Beginning in high school and continuing in college and graduate school, I have tutored students in all elementary subjects and at the college level in writing. When I am not teaching or tutoring, I like to read, go running, try new restaurants in my neighborhood or explore new exhibits at museums.
