While at Cambridge, I worked with students one-on-one to improve their writing and to help them understand the key concepts of Cambridge's history core curriculum. For the past three years as an Adjunct Professor at Xavier University. My experience at Xavier has given me first hand knowledge of the challenges that many first-year students face transitioning from high school to college and I hope to use this experience in my tutoring. I am comfortable working with students from all backgrounds and ability; I have especially had success in the past with working with students who were dyslexic or who lacked confidence in their writing abilities.
