About Me

I am currently a junior in an accelerated medical program, The Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education, at CUNY City College of New York located in Harlem, New York. As an aspiring primary care physician, I believe that there is nothing more valuable in this progressive society than individualized attention. I am confident that both patients and students alike, can prosper beyond their maximum potential if they were to get the care and consideration they deserved, which is uncommon in hospitals and public schools, respectively. Therefore, I am an intern at a local clinic where I work directly with patients to improve patient satisfaction and guarantee a standard quality of care. On the other hand, every week, I mentor high school students through the college application process and work with them one-on-one to edit their college essays. In addition, I have previously tutored fellow underclassmen in my high school on the SAT and other standardized tests like NYS Regents Exams. Of all the subjects I tutor, I am most passionate about math, the life sciences, and writing. In my spare time, you will find me either working out at the gym, baking sweets in my kitchen, spending time with my two cats at home, or hopefully, relaxing on the sunny beaches of California.
