Each student is different, therefore, my teaching philosophy is to find out his/her strength and weakness, then come up with a personalized way of teaching. How can you help a student become an independent learner? By giving them assignments they are interested in and letting them know I am available to help them but won't do their work for them. How would you help a student stay motivated?
