About Me

I have studied Education at Universidad Femenina del Sagrado Corazon in Lima, Peru where I earned a Bacherlor's degree. I also worked on a thesis which let me earned a Licentiate degree on Early Childhood Education. This thesis proved that the use of specific visual aids improved the development of mathematical and critical thinking in children under five years old. I have loved teaching since I was very young and after 19 years of continuous work with children from 2 years old to middle school ages, I feel proud of my students' successes and development of skills. I have also had the opportunity to provide my coworkers with weekly training about High Scope Curriculum for about a year. I think this experience gives me the opportunity to share the richness of the Spanish language.
