About Me

I have a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. I also have a master's degree in Mathematics Education from the University of Houston. I have taught high school math for 33 years. I enjoy teaching geometry and algebra. I also enjoy tutoring my own students after school and enjoy seeing them learn and get that good feeling from getting it. It is a great feeling to help students who were lost and now they understand it, and they are getting good grades in class. I also enjoy tutoring students in their homes that might be struggling in class. I like to spend some one on one time, help them understand math, and see the student do well on their tests in school.
