About Me

I am a former industrial chemist experienced mainly in organic synthesis and analysis of organic compounds. My Bachelor's degree was earned in 2005 at the University of Hawai'i at Manoa, with a major in Chemistry and a minor in Spanish Language. I also have three years experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant of General as well as Organic Chemistry at the university level. This position involved lecturing, grading, and tutoring students, both one-on-one and in small groups. Currently I am studying to become a Chemistry high school teacher in Boston. I enjoy reading, especially 19th century Russian literature, biking around the city, and hiking in the White Mountains in New Hampshire.
