About Me

I am a recent Boston University graduate with a background in Psychology and Pre-Medical Studies. Originally from Los Angeles, CA, I grew up loving both the sciences and the arts. Of the sciences, Human Biology and Chemistry are by far my favorite. The millions of processes and life cycles that occur within and around us each day fascinate me and I love imparting that fascination on to others. I am a firm believer in different learning processes and always make sure to tailor my lessons to best fit my students. I enjoy tutoring in Psychology, Chemistry (General and Organic), Biology, Microbiology, Anatomy, Physiology, and Writing. I first started tutoring while in high school, teaching my younger cousin her times tables, and I have since developed a love for helping students achieve their goals in various subjects. In addition to working towards a better understanding of a specific subject, I also place great focus on organizational skills and time management. Studying is really a matter of technique and I look forward to helping my students find the right one! During my free time I like to bake, take dance classes, and spend time with my friends. I am a big fan of coffee, good books, and great music!
